For the Gulf, Muslim, and Southeast Asian Markets, and just for chefs and bakers and end users who are averse to the typical ethanol smell of vanilla extract, Alcohol free vanilla extract is made from simply water and pressure and time. Generally equivalent to power washing followed by pressure cooking, vanilla extract without alcohol doesn’t get more pure and simple than this form. Note the extract is of course not sweet.
