Vanilla Paste (Pate) Recipe from Le Cordon Bleu Cooking and Dessert School
Special Cordon Bleu (L’Ecole Cordon Bleu) Recipe Vanilla Paste, in gallon jugs, liter bottles, or 4 ounce bottles. Grapeseed is also used in this recipe (rich in resveratrol) and the paste even laces well with red wine. There is added sugar, but the recipe can be tapered/tailored to bring down sweetness and the glycemic index. This is made OEM by Cordon Bleu Graduates from the French and Japanese Schools, and used for large events or Private Label paste, but is ideally refrigerated to extend the shelf life to 2 years.
