Most of our vanilla beans are from Maroansetra, Mananara, Antalaha, Andapa, Bemanavika, Cap Est, and Vinavinao. You can request a particular region if you take enough time and quantity, or else by default all come with tattoos of the timed lot and single origin / region. Beans are not kept around other aromatic or flavor crops as even perfume can be mimicked by vanillin crystal lattice as the bean cures to the low-mid 30% mosture target range.
